Abstract
A 56-year-old man presented with abdominal pain was found to have a carcinoid tumor of the pancreas with biliary obstruction. After surgical relief of the obstruction and chemotherapy, the patient later presented with tricuspid regurgitation which was succesfully treated with prosthetic valve replacement.
