Abstract
Joint mobilizations are indicated when an impairment in joint capsular mobility is identified. The ability for the clientorpatienttoperforma self-mobilization of the ankle may help maximize outcomes. Self-mobilization techniques of the ankle can be performed without the aid of a clinician or strength and conditioning professional.
