Abstract

We report two patients who developed serum sickness and leukocytoclastic vasculitis following intra-coronary streptokinase therapy for acute myocardial infarction. Additional experience is needed to establish a relationship between streptokinase and serum sickness, and any adverse impact it may have on management of patients with evolving acute myocardial infarction.
